Welcome to Veralis! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Veralis. By accessing or using our website, online store, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
At Veralis, we aim to provide a curated, seamless shopping experience - from browsing to delivery, with care and attention to every detail.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Veralis reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and Veralis sends an order confirmation.
Please review your order carefully. Once accepted, orders may not be cancellable. Purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale. Orders are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Section 4 – Prices and Billing
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. Prices displayed exclude taxes, shipping, customs, or import duties unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, accurate payment and billing information and to promptly update your account to ensure seamless processing.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We carefully handle every order from our studio to your doorstep, ensuring each piece arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which provides the most up-to-date information on delivery methods, estimated timeframes, and shipping fees.
While we do our best to deliver on time, Veralis is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Once a package leaves our facility, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Section 6 – Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility, exclusions, timelines, and instructions.
Section 7 – Intellectual Property
